Manager Documentation Training  ·  E.S. Kluft & Co.

HR Documentation Training Package

A rough manager documentation training deck transformed into a complete, reusable training system — polished slides, facilitator guide, learner materials, worksheets, knowledge check, and print-ready files. Seven angles showing how the full package came together.

Deck Transformation

A documentation deck managers could actually learn from.

Three rough training slides reworked into clear, teachable moments — plus one new slide we added to strengthen the business case.

Four-panel before and after showing rough HR documentation training slides transformed into cleaner, more teachable training system slides.
Outcome

Same training content instructions — but a new slide that gives the whole deck a stronger business case.

Slide Detail

From a wall of bullets to a framework managers actually use.

The FACT method was buried in a 6-bullet text slide. We rebuilt it into a labeled 2×2 — same content, real teaching moment.

Before and after comparison: a dense bullet-point document slide replaced by the FACT Method framework displayed in a clean two-by-two grid layout.
Outcome

A teachable framework managers can recall on the floor — not a slide they need to re-read.

Cover Slide

Set the tone before anyone reads a single bullet.

The training begins the second the cover slide goes up. We re-set the deck's first impression for a manufacturing HR audience.

Before and after of the training deck cover slide: from a cluttered word cloud to a clean, professionally branded title slide for E.S. Kluft and Company.
Outcome

Managers walked in expecting a directive action — and left treating documentation as a management tool.

Worksheets

The deck teaches. The worksheets get used.

Two manager-facing worksheets that turn the FACT method and the disciplinary conversation framework into structured prep documents — print-ready, fillable, and aligned to the deck.

Two print-ready manager worksheets shown side by side: the FACT Method Worksheet and the Disciplinary Conversation Prep Worksheet, both formatted consistently with the training deck.
Outcome

The training success outside the room — managers reach for the worksheets, not their notes.

Knowledge Check

A quiz that closes the training — without sounding like a test.

Reworked the post-training quiz into "The Kluft Manager Challenge" — a structured recap activity that reinforces the FACT method, scenarios, and key takeaways in one page.

Before and after of the post-training quiz: from a simple open-ended form to The Kluft Manager Challenge, a structured knowledge check with multiple-choice and scenario questions.
Outcome

Eight multiple-choice and two scenario questions in one page — every question tied to the framework the deck already taught.

Role-Based Materials

One training package. Built for both sides of the room.

The presenter gets a private prep kit. Managers get a follow-along learning kit. Same content, two completely different toolsets.

Side-by-side view of the Presenter Facilitator Kit and the Manager Learner Kit, showing how the same training content is packaged differently for each audience.
Outcome

Every person in the room gets the right tool — and nothing they shouldn't have.

Training-Day Flow

One package, five jobs to do on training day.

Preparation, delivery, learner participation, knowledge check, and reuse — every file in the package maps to a specific moment in the room.

Five-step training day flow diagram showing how each deliverable in the package — prep guide, slides, learner kit, quiz, and print files — is used at a specific moment during the training.
Outcome

The package runs the training — quarter after quarter, without rebuilding from scratch.
